ATT Uverse Bill Pay Info

Information about ways to pay for your AT&T Uverse bill. There are several methodes such as paying by mobile device, online, by phone, by mail, by AutoPay.


Paying by mobile device or smartphone.
Be sure that your mobile web browser supports JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) can access the mobile site.
There you can sign in to your account.
From your Phone & Internet account Home screen there, select 'Bill & Pay'.
Then select 'Make a Payment'.

Another payment option is to pay Online.
Online payments via myAT&T allow you to securely view your current bill and pay it online using your credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) or a checking or savings account.
You need to register for a user account if you haven't a myAT&T login.
AT&T indicates that this way of paying your bill does not affect how you receive your bill; you can still receive a paper bill or choose paperless billing.

Automatic bill payment or 'AutoPay' as AT&T calls it.
This service allows you to authorize your credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa), bank, credit union or financial institution to automatically debit your savings or checking account to pay your monthly charges.
You must be registered and logged in to myAT&T before you can use 'AutoPay'.
You need to register for a user account if you haven't a myAT&T login.

Paying by Phone.
An easy way to pay your AT&T U verse bill is using the automated self-service system to pay by phone.
You just dial 1-800-288-2020, say 'Pay Bill', and then follow the prompts.
Before you call, have ready:
A copy of your bill, your credit card or checking account information and pen and paper to record the confirmation number that AT&T will provide you.

Paying by mail.
AT&T indicates the following:
To pay by mail, simply return the first page of the bill with your payment and write your account number on the check. Please do not send cash. Mail your payment to:
AT&T   P.O. Box 105503   Atlanta, GA   30348-5503

Paying at authorized payment locations.
You may pay your bill in person at one of our authorized payment locations. The payment service will provide you with the following information about each authorized payment location near you:
Name, Address, Hours of operation, Transaction charges and fees assessed
Be aware of the following:
Credit card payments are not accepted at payment locations.
If paying by check a bring photo ID.
Bring a page from your current bill to ensure your account is credited properly.
Participating businesses cannot guarantee that they will be able to accept payments at the time of your visit.
Payment locations are only available in our service areas. Customers outside of our service area should make their payments according to the instructions included in their bills.

Paying at AT&T Kiosk
In many AT&T stores you'll find a payment kiosk. Mind that the kiosk does not provide change; any overpayment is applied to your account.
Be sure to have your account number from the bill you want to pay. You can pay in cash, by electronic check, by credit / debit card or credit.


Pay in time.
